My Masterplan......about living life fullyI feel the pressure of life. I feel that I have to proove some attitudes in my life, and to change them if it is of need,- to systematize them.
This feeling is like a deep desire I have at time to time,- mostly if I need to focus myself.
Now I decited to build a concept, a concept for my spiritual forthcoming, for my life.
That would be some kind of law,- or better said a code I should follow.
It would not be a rigid law or concept, but a flexible and alive one.
It serves only to focus myself better in a moment and to keep the goal clearer and more visible for me.
I´m enjoying to make projects like this one,- sometimes I keep the motivation and the mood of systems like these for my further oncepts,- and even some exercises too.

I have to clean up my closet.
Again...? Nevermind,- a step back,- to the roots again
Now. I´ll write an entry daily,- or I´ll try it at least, hehehe,- of several themes I like to change, and themes which are present in moment in my life. Then I will put them together into a single entry to systematize them - to make it to a living code.
Hahaha! That will be fun! And You can join me on my journey into my subconcious.

Todays topic:Energy.
Everything needs energy. Any single thought, word and doing.
How do you act is therefore dependent of your energy level.
To own more personal energy effect stronger and lighter thoughts and acts.
So the first step is to make a list of energy absorbing actions to weed them out of daily life.
Exemplary some actions that absorb energy much:
- emotions
- violence, agressivity (acting or thinking of)
- identification with violence imaginations (movies)
- quarelling, disputing, arguing
- criticizing / judging others or yourself
- generally judging attitude
- permanently bewailing
- smoking
- alcohol, drugs
- television,- too much
- conceitedness
- repentance
- (self-) doubts
- vanity...etc,etc
The exercise is to make a list of most befallen activities in my life that absorbe much energy. Energy that I could use in other ways..
Than to terminate them. Straight on, choosing
the best way to do it...
